    1. General provisions
      These General Conditions of Sale are applicable to orders for products placed on the “” website. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, the purpose of which is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of the products and services offered. Any contrary purchase condition posed by the Buyer will, in the absence of express acceptance by the Seller (Maison MoLi), be unenforceable against the Seller. These General Conditions may be modified at any time and without notice by the Seller, the modifications then being applicable to any order subsequent to this modification.

    2. Offer
      The offer of products and services is that which appears on the site on the day of consultation of the site by the Buyer, within the limits of available stocks. In general, the descriptions (photographs, texts, information and characteristics) illustrating the products presented are given for information purposes only. In the event of unavailability of a product, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer by email as soon as possible and offer, at the Buyer's choice, either a refund or an exchange for another. product of the same value.

    3. Price
      The sales prices of the products are indicated in Euro. Sales prices do not include delivery costs. The amount of delivery costs is added to the sale price. Delivery costs are indicated in the order summary (“basket”). Once the order has been validated, the price cannot be modified. Subject to the foregoing, Maison MoLi is authorized to modify, at its sole discretion and at any time, the price of the products offered. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable in certain cases. These rights and sums do not fall within the responsibility of the Seller. They will be the responsibility of the buyer and are his responsibility (declarations, payment to the competent authorities, etc.). The Seller therefore invites the buyer to inquire about these aspects with the corresponding local authorities.

    4. Payment method
      The price of purchases made from Maison MoLi can be paid by bank credit card or by PayPal. Price is due at time of order.
    5. Delivery . delivery time The Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered in mainland France and internationally within 10 working days from the confirmation of the customer's order on the website and in any condition within a maximum period of 30 days.
  1. Products are shipped by Poste France for shipments to France and European Union countries, and not by Poste Suisse for shipments to Switzerland and the rest of the world.

  2. Reservation of title
    Subject to contrary provisions provided for by applicable legislation, ownership of the products delivered will not pass to the Buyer before full payment for the products. See further regarding intellectual property rights.

  3. Product verification
    The Buyer must inspect the products within 24 hours of receipt and must immediately notify us by email or via the contact form of any defect or damage caused to the products. In the absence of notice from the Buyer within the aforementioned period, the products are deemed to have been received in good condition, without defects or damage, and accepted as is.

  4. Warranty and right of return
    Subject to the conditions provided for in point 7, the Seller assumes the following guarantees: refund and/or exchange items that do not correspond to the order placed, within the limits of available stocks. The refund request must be made by contacting the Seller by e-mail or via the contact form. For the sake of clarity, the warranty granted does not cover defects resulting from an accident, improper handling, non-compliant use as well as defects which are the consequence of normal wear and tear over time of the products. To assert a guarantee, the Buyer must send to Maison MoLi, the goods under guarantee which are the subject of a defect within a maximum of 7 days. If Maison MoLi finds a warranty case, it may, at its sole discretion, replace the defective product with another product deemed equivalent. If no equivalent product exists, Maison MoLi undertakes, depending on its assessment of the extent of the defect noted, to reimburse the purchase price in full, as quickly as possible. Apart from these warranty cases, no returns will be accepted.

  5. Responsibilities
    Until receipt of the order, Maison MoLi is responsible for the products sent. As soon as the Buyer receives the order at his home (followed by supporting mail), responsibility for the product becomes that of the Buyer.

  6. Intellectual property rights
    Brands, domain names, products, software, images, videos, texts or more generally any information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of Maison MoLi LTD. No transfer of intellectual property rights is made through these General Conditions of Sale. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these goods for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited. Artwork purchased is for the Buyer's personal use only. To obtain full rights to an image, a special warrant must be requested.

  7. Data protection
    For the use of customer data, Maison MoLi complies with current legislation, in particular the data protection law. Maison Moli only processes and stores the data necessary for the proper performance of its services and the invoicing thereof.

  8. Applicable law and legal forum
    The relations between Maison MoLi and the Buyer are governed by Swiss law. For any dispute relating to the relations between Maison MoLi and the Buyer, the forum is at the place of the headquarters of Maison MoLi.

  9. Major force
    Neither party will have failed in its contractual obligations, to the extent that their execution is delayed, hindered or prevented by a fortuitous event or a case of force majeure. Any fact or circumstance independent of the parties, unforeseeable and insurmountable will be considered as a fortuitous event or force majeure. The party affected by such circumstances will notify the other within ten business days of becoming aware of them. The two parties will then come together, within one month, unless this is impossible due to force majeure, to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which execution of the contract will be continued. If the force majeure lasts for more than three months, these general conditions may be terminated by the injured party.
